Effects of aerobic exercise on asthma morbidity
We want to evaluate the effects of a 12-weeks of aerobic exercise program (for example, walking, running, and cycling) on asthma control (asthma symptoms) and quality of life (how much interferes with your daily life).
We anticipate that the results from this study will be included in future management guidelines for asthma.
Motivational interviewing for asthma adherence and control: A Randomized Controlled Trial
The high personal and financial costs of asthma appear to be related to poor asthma control. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of a brief intervention that uses motivational interviewing (MI) techniques, on asthma medication adherence in sample of adult asthmatics.
Behavioural Weight Management for Asthma
This study is designed to assess the efficacy of a 12-week comprehensive behavioural weight management program on improving weight, asthma control levels, and overall quality of life.
